How will my order arrive?
Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground for most packages.
However, due to the origin of some of our products, you may receive your package via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.
Your order may also arrive in separate shipments. We always send a delivery tracking number for all shipments, so you always know where your order is!

What method of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal payments through a secure server connection at checkout. Your credit card statement will reflect our parent company, "Babies, Brides and More, LLC" as the business you purchased from.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is always our foremost concern and we gladly
accept returns within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after you receive your order, no questions asked! This policy applies to all products that are non-personalized, non-clothing, non-perishable and non-edible items. We do require that the item(s) be in original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of CLEARANCE, custom, engraved and personalized items, as well as edible, perishable and clothing items, these items cannot be accepted for return.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all items shipped via FREE Standard Shipping. Items shipped via Expedited or Rush Shipping will be assessed no restocking fee, but original shipping charges will not be refunded, only merchandise price.

to obtain return authorization and information. Returns will be made for exchange or refund of merchandise value only, less applicable restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Customers returning items are responsible for cost of shipping and for sending shipment via trackable service (USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Fed Ex) to ensure their return. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of return. If your return is received 30 days after your order is placed, we will process your refund by company check, mailed to the billing address on file.

At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada at the shipping rates applicable to those areas. Please email us for a shipping quote.
