The vision of our company began when I was planning my
first daughter’s Christening. As a new mother, I was getting very little sleep
and adjusting to life with a new baby. I was happy to be celebrating such a
great new time in our lives, but the thought of planning a party at this stage
in our lives seemed overwhelming! Being such a joyous time that I wanted to
remember, I really wanted to add special, personal and thoughtful touches to
this event. I wanted my favors to be unique, useful and most of all, something
everyone would enjoy and remember. In the midst of midnight (and 2am, 4am and
6am!) feedings, I spent the entire night carefully dipping and decorating
decadent chocolate covered Oreo cookies and wrapping personalized candles to
thank my guests with. Exhausted the next day, I thought there really should be
an easier way for busy people like me to add special, personal touches to their
events…and the idea for our company was born! Now almost 4 years later, we have
grown into a company whose goal is to “help you celebrate life’s special
moments” by offering many unique invitations, favors, gifts and products to make
your event personal. Special occasions are meant to be fun and memorable. We
help make your planning easy with products to make any special occasion unique
and unforgettable!

receive a response usually by the next business day. Please include your order
number and name when contacting us.
We
also have an automated voicemail system at 302-351-8152, which is available 24 hours a day. You can leave a message at any time, day or night, and we'll email you as soon as possible. ***Please leave your email address with your message, as this is the fastest and most efficient way we can contact you.*** We ONLY use your email address to respond to your questions and provide info about our products. We do NOT share any information with ANY third parties!

 We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal payments through a secure server connection at checkout. Orders placed from our website are completely secure. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
We welcome Paypal e-check and credit card payments, which is directly integrated with our checkout system. Please choose Paypal from the payment menu when you check out and follow the payment instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from our parent company "Babies, Brides and More, LLC".
We no longer accept checks for payment for orders placed through our website.

Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground for most packages.
However, due to the origin of some of our products, you may receive your package via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Your order may also arrive in separate shipments. We always send a delivery tracking number for all shipments, so you always know where your order is!
Please note: UPS and FED EX CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
If you have a special need for a certain delivery, please
let us know your date needed by and select RUSH SHIPPING (if applicable) when
checking out.

Exchanges will be made for merchandise only. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges, unless it is due to our error. Customers exchanging items are responsible for cost of return shipping and for sending shipment via trackable service (USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Fed Ex). Exchanges received will ship back to the customer within the processing time listed on the item page.

We carefully package and ship all of our packages via trackable shipping carriers, however, in rare instances, packages may be lost or damaged in transit to you. Our policy is to replace or refund your order once a claim is established with us. Claims for damages must be made within 5 business days of receipt of package. If you have received a tracking number for your package and suspect it may be lost in transit, or need to file a damage claim, please email us at care@ababyshower.com, with your name, order number, contact information and type of claim. We will contact you within 48 hours to resolve your claim.
