Each knitted afghan is quality crafted and known for its durability and softness. They are static free, hypo-allergenic and pill-resistant. Easy to care for, they remain resilient and keep their color; will not run, fade or bleed under normal conditions. Machine wash in cold water (NEVER use bleach!) & air or tumble dry on the gentle cycle. Your photo can be black & white or color (we'll convert it to grayscale for you), but the finished afghan will ALWAYS be in black, white & graytones. This color scheme provides a classic, crisp photo keepsake! This unique product may require creative cropping and composition. When scanning photographs, use a resolution of 200-300 DPI (dots per inch). If taking a digital picture, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. (You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality) Once your order is placed, you can email us your photo. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot duplicate professionally taken photographs, nor can we accept copyrighted or trademarked material to be duplicated, unless you are the owner of the copyright. By submitting your photo for creation, you are certifying that you are the legal owner of the photo or have permission to use it and that it does not infringe on any copyrights or laws governing it.
